Overview
Training is the key to success in any important mission. In an interview, a former Navy Seal said, “In crisis we do not rise to the occasion but rather sink to the level of our training.” This truth is why the 4GENetwork is passionately committed to training that leads to training trainers. The fine art of mentorship, disciple making, is what God the Holy Spirit used to expand and explode the church from 120 in an upper room to a global representative of the very kingdom of God on earth.
Our training has two different tracks: a Domestic/USA Track and an International Track.
Domestic/USA Track
Our Domestic/USA Track is focused primarily on the one-day Unleashing Your Disciple Making DNA Workshop and the two-day Mission and Ministry Alignment Consultation.
Unleashing Your Disciple Making DNA Workshop
Our one-day Unleashing Your Disciple Making DNA Workshop has four sessions designed to get you and your people started in disciple making.
Session one will help you discover Jesus’ mission and strategy. This training is focused on WHY Jesus came and HOW Jesus accomplished his work.
Session two will help you discover Jesus’ process. This training is focused on the process Jesus used to train his disciples.
Session three will help you discover how to raise the Faith IQ of someone you disciple. This training is focused on developing key knowledge, specific skills and helpful habits, resulting in a growing faith IQ.
Session four will help you discover the nuts and bolts of whole life disciple making. This training is focused on the practical and relational tools and insight needed to make disciples.
How it works:
Our four step process:
Step one: Contact us for an initial conversation to begin building our friendship and partnership.
Step Two: Let’s meet in person or by video chat (Skype, FaceTime, etc.) to cover some information that will help us get started.
Step Three: Let’s create a strategy and calendar a training for you and your team.
Step Four: Let’s “Train the Trainers” and build an ongoing process of training, unleashing and celebrating.
